These gentle, intentional experiences invite you to pause from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world. Through the mindful preparation and sharing of cacao or tea, you’ll be guided through a simple ceremony centered around presence, gratitude, reflection, and connection.
Whether gathered indoors or surrounded by nature, the ceremony offers an opportunity to slow down, engage your senses, and be fully present in the moment. You may be invited to set an intention, share in conversation, sit in quiet reflection, or simply savor the warmth, aroma, and flavor of the cacao or tea.
No previous experience is necessary, and there is nothing you need to know or accomplish. Come with an open mind and allow yourself to be present, connect, and enjoy the experience.
Come as you are. Sip slowly. Connect deeply.

A Cacao or Tea Ceremony is an intentional gathering centered around the mindful preparation, sharing, and enjoyment of cacao or tea. The experience may include reflection, intention-setting, conversation, gratitude, meditation, or simply slowing down and being present together.
-
Not at all. No previous experience with cacao, tea, meditation, or ceremony is necessary. You’ll be gently guided through the experience from beginning to end.
-
Both create an intentional space for slowing down, connection, and reflection. Cacao ceremonies often center around the rich, warming experience of drinking cacao, while Tea Ceremonies may place greater emphasis on the preparation, sensory experience, and mindful enjoyment of tea.
-
No. Cacao and tea are foods and beverages, not recreational or psychedelic drugs. They do naturally contain compounds such as caffeine and, in cacao, theobromine, which can have mild stimulating effects. Our ceremonies focus on the mindful enjoyment of these traditional beverages and the opportunity to slow down, connect, and be present.
-
Ceremonies may take place indoors or outdoors, depending on the experience, location, and weather. Outdoor ceremonies offer the added opportunity to connect with the sights, sounds, and rhythms of the natural environment.
-
