Forest Bathing
Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world through a guided Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) experience.
Forest Bathing is a gentle, mindful practice of moving slowly through the woods while engaging your senses—sight, sound, smell, touch, and even taste. This is not a hike, and there is no destination to reach. Instead, you’ll be invited to pause, notice, and experience the forest at your own pace.
Your session will be thoughtfully led by a Certified Forest Bathing Guide, who will offer simple sensory invitations designed to help you relax, quiet the noise of everyday life, and become more present with yourself and your surroundings.
There’s nothing to accomplish and no right or wrong way to participate. No previous experience is necessary. Simply slow down, breathe, and allow yourself to be immersed in the sights, sounds, and sensations of nature.
The experience concludes with a peaceful shared tea pause—a chance to sit together, reflect, and gently transition back into your day.
Come as you are. Leave the expectations behind.
Cost: $350 Private Groups (up to 6 people; +$55 per additional guest)
