Planning and Booking

Are Terrain experiences held indoors or outdoors?

Both, depending on the experience. Forest bathing and outdoor yoga connect participants directly with an outdoor setting. Sound healing, guided meditation, nature writing, and cacao or tea ceremonies may take place indoors or outdoors. The setting is part of planning your session, so let us know your preferences when you inquire.

Can I participate if I have mobility or accessibility needs?

Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your needs and the demands of the specific activity and location. Forest bathing is generally gentle and slow-paced, but terrain, seating, walking distance, and access vary by setting. A conversation in advance helps determine whether an experience is a good fit.
