Guided Meditation
Slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with yourself through a guided meditation experience designed to help you pause, breathe, and become more present.
Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, you’ll be invited to explore gentle practices that bring awareness to your breath, body, thoughts, feelings, and surroundings—without judgment or the pressure to “clear your mind.”
Sessions may take place indoors or outdoors, depending on the experience. When we practice in nature, the sounds of birds, movement of leaves, feel of the breeze, and changing light become part of the practice, helping us slow down and connect with the world around us.
At the heart of these sessions is a simple idea: we are part of nature, not separate from it. By connecting with nature, we can also reconnect with ourselves and the natural rhythms of our bodies and minds.
No previous experience is necessary. There’s no right or wrong way to meditate. Simply arrive, breathe, notice, and give yourself permission to slow down.
Come as you are. Find a moment of stillness. Reconnect with the nature around you—and the nature within you.
Cost: $350 Private Groups (up to 10 people; +$30 per additional guest)
