Forest Bathing (Shinrin‑Yoku)

$55.00

Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)

Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world during a guided Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) experience.

Forest Bathing is a gentle, mindful practice of moving slowly through the woods and engaging your senses—sight, sound, smell, touch, and even taste. Despite the name, there’s no water involved, and this isn’t a hike. No special knowledge, experience, or fitness level is required.

Throughout the session, a certified Forest Bathing Guide will offer simple sensory invitations designed to help you relax, quiet the noise of everyday life, and become more present with yourself and your surroundings. There’s nothing to accomplish and no right or wrong way to participate. You’re simply invited to slow down, notice what’s around you, and experience the forest at your own pace.

The experience concludes with a peaceful shared tea pause—a chance to sit together, reflect, and gently transition back into your day.

Come as you are. Leave the expectations behind.

Cost: $55 Public | $350 Private (up to 6 people; +$60 per additional guest)
